Postal Quality of Service (QoS) Statement
Compliance: Issued in compliance with CRA Regulation on Postal QoS – The President of the Communications Regulatory Authority Decision No. (17) of 2025.
Carson Logistics W.L.L is fully committed to transparency and compliance with national postal service quality regulations. As per our licensed operations, we offer B2C delivery services in partnership with commercial clients. We do not offer over-the-counter or direct-to-consumer (C2C) postal services.
This notice outlines our Quality of Service (QoS) Metrics as required by the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA).
1. Nature of Services Offered
a. Domestic Deliveries:
- Last-mile delivery services within Qatar under exclusive B2C contracts
- Services include On-Demand (express) and Scheduled Same day deliveries
b. International Deliveries:
- Provided under end-to-end logistics contracts with clients B2C contracts
- Currently not available to individual consumers (C2C)

3. Factors That May Affect Delivery Time
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Orders may be delayed if recipient details require verification
Recipient Unavailability
Failed delivery attempts due to recipient absence can impact overall service time
Regulatory or Customs Delays
International shipments may be affected by customs clearance timelines
Force Majeure Conditions
Extreme weather, national holidays, or government-imposed restrictions may delay service
